RENT COLLECTION SERVICE (inc Let Only)

Like both our Fully Managed and Let Only Service, get expert marketing, accompanied viewings, offer negotiations, tenant checks and our professional services in relation to preparing the lease in accordance with legislation. In addition, we will collect and distribute your rental income and help chase any late or non-payments as part of our rent collect service.

*from £1,200 (on off fee) PLUS £42.50 per month admin fee.

SELF MANAGED (Let Only)

For the Landlord who wants to take over once we have found the tenant, this service is our most basic in terms of what we offer after the tenant has moved in. Marketing, viewings, negotiations and Lease preparation and signing services included. Then, over to the Landlord to take over until you need us to find a new tenant.
